Local Landscapes, Port Road, Thebarton

DECEMBER 2025 | PORT ROAD, THEBARTON, SA

To beautify the 150m long construction hoarding alongside bustling Port Road, Thebarton, I created this mural featuring dynamic shapes inspired by Adelaide’s diverse landscapes, from the coast and dunes, through leafy suburbs and along the Torrens River/Karrawirra Parri, to the peaceful parklands and heart of the city. The design captures the rhythm and movement of the landscape, celebrating connection, place and journey. Thank you to artist Sam Brooks for assisting in the installation of this project.
