Taparra Primary School Mural

This bright, uplifting hallway mural celebrates Taparra Primary School’s values: ‘Be Kind, Be Safe, Be a Learner’, and the meaning of its name, “Along the Path.”

The design features a native Yellow-Banded Dart inspired by Taparra’s butterfly garden, golden wattle connecting to the school grounds and a friendly Sulphur-Crested Cockatoo painted in Taparra’s colours to reflect the many cockatoos that visit the site. The school’s colour palette of blue, teal, yellow and green are woven throughout the mural, deeply connecting this piece to the school and it’s location.
