Woodside Primary School

The Woodside Primary School mural was inspired by the insights and ideas of the Student Leaders, focussing on nature, community and school life. The design celebrates the local environment with native animals, seasonal landscapes, hills and waterways, while reflecting everyday moments of connection, learning and play. Themes of friendship, inclusion, active lifestyles and outdoor exploration sit alongside the school’s core values of respect, responsibility and resilience. Guided by the school’s Acknowledgement of Country, the mural honours connection to land and shared care for place. Painted in a vibrant and harmonious palette, the artwork creates a calm space that supports belonging and joy.
